Our Phone Hours are:

Monday to Friday 9am to 12.30pm, answerphone is available 24/7 (except when office closed).

We have analysed that approx. 95% of calls are received during this period and this will allow us
to focus on resolving any problems and allocate housekeepers outside of these hours

We try our best to answer all calls immediately, however if you go to answerphone
during phone hours it simply means that we are dealing with other enquiries.

The office will be closed for the following days between 1 December 2009 and 30 November 2010:

Wednesday 23rd December to Friday 1st January Inclusive (Christmas Break)
Friday 2nd to Monday 5th April Inclusive (Easter Holiday)
Monday 3rd May (May Day Bank Holiday)
Monday 31st May (Spring Bank Holiday)
Monday 30th August (Summer Bank Holiday)

The current hourly rate to housekeepers is £6.50.

The current standard Total hourly rate is £8.95 per hour, which includes the management fee.

These rates were last changed January 2009
We guarantee that this new rate will be held until at least January 2011

Our Loyalty Scheme means that we promise never to increase your management fee rate ever ! The management fee part on signing up will always remain at that rate.

If you are happy with our realistically priced service, why not tell others.
We currently have approximately 50 housekeepers working with us in the Peterborough area
and 99% of the time are able to offer our services to new clients.
